NurseCompetency's test validation and statistical analysis was carried out by Gregory J. Zarow, PhD. Dr. Zarow is a psychometrician, formally trained in measurement theory and test construction at the University of California at San Diego.
Dr. Zarow has published in Journal of Neurosurgery, Magnetic Resonance in Medicine and co-authored the Spacelab Life Sciences-1 Final Report for NASA. Dr. Zarow has presented to The World Space Congress, The American Heart Association, and The Society for Medical Decision Making.
